ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา Cross Roast / cross roast coffee แล้วอยากรู้ว่าร้านเป็นยังไงแบบไปแล้วคุ้มไหม ขอเล่าจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวแบบสรุปให้ตัดสินใจง่ายๆ ค่ะ ร้านอยู่ในโครงการ The Pulse Sirindhorn โซนบางพลัด เดินจาก MRT สิรินธร (ทางออก 3) ประมาณไม่ไกล และที่ชอบมากคือมีที่จอดรถค่อนข้างเยอะ เหมาะทั้งแวะก่อนทำงานและมานั่งชิลช่วงบ่าย บรรยากาศในร้านเป็นสไตล์ roastery & specialty จริงๆ เคาน์เตอร์บาร์ชัด มีบาริสต้าทำเครื่องดื่มตลอด ฟีลร้านโปรแต่ไม่กดดัน นั่งได้เรื่อยๆ จะมาคนเดียวหรือมากับเพื่อนก็โอเค โต๊ะไม้ถ่ายรูปสวย แถมตู้โชว์เบเกอรี่แน่นๆ เห็นแล้วเลือกยากมาก ฝั่งกาแฟ แนะนำให้ลองคุยกับบาริสต้าก่อนสั่ง เพราะที่นี่มีเมล็ดให้เลือกหลายระดับทั้งคั่วกลาง/คั่วเข้ม และมีกลุ่มเมล็ดพิเศษด้วย ใครชอบแนวเข้มๆ สั่งอเมริกาโน่จะได้กลิ่นหอมชัดและรสค่อนข้างมีมิติ ส่วนลาเต้คือบาลานซ์ดี นมนัวแต่ไม่กลบรสกาแฟ (มีลาเต้อาร์ตสวยด้วย) ถ้าต้องการความสดชื่น Caffonic เป็นตัวที่ดื่มง่าย ซ่าๆ หอมส้ม เหมาะกับวันที่อยากรีเฟรช คนไม่ดื่มกาแฟก็ไม่ต้องห่วง เมนูมัทฉะคือจริงจัง มีทั้งแบบ Pure และ Latte และถ้าอยากได้อะไรพิเศษต้องลอง Coconut Matcha มัทฉะน้ำมะพร้าวกับน้ำแข็งมะพร้าว ดื่มแล้วสดชื่นมากๆ อีกแก้วที่เหมาะกับอากาศร้อนคือ Honey Lemon Soda หอมเลมอนเปรี้ยวหวานกำลังดี ส่วนสายโกโก้แนะนำ Cocoa Mint โกโก้เข้มตัดความเย็นของมิ้นท์ ดื่มแล้วไม่เลี่ยน ไฮไลต์อีกอย่างคือเบเกอรี่โฮมเมดที่ “ไม่หวาน” กินเพลินมาก ถ้าให้เลือก 3 ชิ้นที่ประทับใจ: Basque Burnt Cheesecake เนื้อนุ่มละลาย หอมครีมชีส, Egg Tart/Chocolate Tart แป้งทาร์ตกรอบเป็นชั้น ไส้ฉ่ำเนียน และ Vegan Banana Cake เนื้อนุ่มมีอัลมอนด์ให้เคี้ยวกรุบๆ (เหมาะกับคนอยากของหวานแบบไม่หนัก) ทิปเล็กๆ ก่อนไป: ถ้าไปช่วงเช้า 6.30–9.00 น. ร้านจะเหมาะกับ grab & go และบางวันเบเกอรี่บางตัวอาจยังมาไม่ครบ แต่ช่วงสายถึงบ่ายของจะเลือกเยอะกว่า ใครอยากลองหลายเมนู แนะนำไปกัน 2–3 คน แชร์เครื่องดื่มกับขนม จะได้ชิมทั้งกาแฟ มัทฉะ และทาร์ตในรอบเดียว
