This gradual increase supports muscle endurance and avoids overwhelming your body. I found that combining these targeted exercises with light weights helped me see better results, but always listen to your body and adjust the pace accordingly. Remember, consistency is key—working out regularly, even with short sessions, is more effective than infrequent intense workouts. Aside from physical activity, balancing your diet plays a crucial role. As mentioned, you can’t expect to see changes if you’re not mindful of what you eat. Incorporating nutritious foods and reducing processed items will complement your FUPA workout journey. Also, accountability helps—try sharing your progress with friends or fellow moms who understand the challenge. It can motivate you to keep going. From my experience, focusing on self-care and celebrating small wins during these 7 days kept me motivated. Finally, remember that everyone's body is different. Some may notice changes sooner, while for others, it’s a gradual transformation. Embrace your own pace and enjoy the process of feeling stronger and more confident each day.
