Also, accountability helps—try sharing your progress with friends or fellow moms who understand the challenge. It can motivate you to keep going. From my experience, focusing on self-care and celebrating small wins during these 7 days kept me motivated. Finally, remember that everyone's body is different. Some may notice changes sooner, while for others, it’s a gradual transformation. Embrace your own pace and enjoy the process of feeling stronger and more confident each day.
