Why is my child like this.

Man do I love this child but why does he like to irritate me 🤣

... Read moreParenting can be both incredibly rewarding and challenging, especially when dealing with moments where your child seems to push every button possible. From my experience, children often act out or annoy their parents not because they want to be difficult, but because they are exploring boundaries, seeking attention, or expressing their emotions in the only way they know. For example, a child repeatedly saying "Mom" in quick succession or asking for small favors like borrowing a few bucks can feel overwhelming when you're already stressed or trying to focus on something else. This behavior is common and is their way of connecting or coping with their own needs. It’s important to recognize that these moments are opportunities for teaching and bonding. One effective method I've found helpful is to acknowledge their feelings but set clear limits — for instance, saying, "I hear you need help, but I need to finish this first. I’ll help you in five minutes." This reassures the child they're being heard without enabling constant interruptions. Also, embracing humor, like sharing a laugh when your child cheekily texts you about wanting a spicy chicken sandwich or asks for money repeatedly, can ease tension and improve your connection. Remember, these antics often come from a place of love, curiosity, and the desire for attention, rather than intentional misbehavior. Ultimately, patience and empathy are key. When you feel overwhelmed, take a moment for yourself if possible, and try to view your child’s actions as part of their growth rather than just attempts to irritate. Building this mindset has helped me transform frustrating situations into fond memories and closer relationships with my kids.

Idk y’all, but this pissed me off... I literally post content about my husband and child, meanwhile the most obvious 10 year olds have their little accounts, but for some reason they come after me. Now I have to submit this whole appeal to prove that I’m grown, and in the meantime I’m restricted on

A child sits in a white chair in a playroom filled with wooden shelves displaying animal figures and educational toys. A text overlay asks, 'Moms who regret having kids, why?'
I love my child but still feel regret…
This is uncomfortable to say, but I think more women feel this than we admit. Some women regret having children, not because they don’t love them, but because they completely lost themselves. Your time is no longer yours. Your thoughts are constantly interrupted. Even when you rest, your brai
