Nothing to sell - just a journey to share. Watch me lose a few years in a few hours. Watch my skin come back to life, and my eyes brighten. This life will have you tired and sick if you let it - or you can pause … pause from not just people, places, and bad habits… but a pause from having, from abundance … a pause from your greatest ‘security’ —food. I’ve learned that this journey is one most will never embark on and never feel the desire or calling to abstain for extended periods without any food at all. I accept that this is my journey, my experience, my power. I will trade nothing for the level of energy and connection I feel when I’m 10 days without food…it’s the greatest gift that God has guided me through. All of your senses sharpen, and dormant ones awaken.
