One of the most dangerous things that can happen is getting used to what should’ve never become normal.
A lot of people don’t realize they’re in unhealthy situations because they’ve been there so long.
The disrespect becomes normal.
The inconsistency becomes normal.
The chaos becomes normal.
The anxiety becomes normal.
And that’s when you know it’s time to step back and reevaluate.
Because the longer you stay attached to the wrong energy, the easier it becomes to forget what peace actually feels like.
Never be afraid to outgrow people.
Never be afraid to walk away.
And never be afraid to choose solitude over dysfunction.
Because being alone might feel uncomfortable for a season.
But staying attached to the wrong energy can cost you years.

At first, the disrespect and unpredictability felt like an inevitable part of relationships or life situations. But over time, the chaos began to erode my sense of inner calm and happiness.
Realizing this forced me to pause and truly reevaluate what I was holding onto. Staying attached to the wrong energy pattern doesn't just cause temporary discomfort — it can steal years from your wellbeing. Choosing to walk away from these patterns, even if it means facing loneliness for a while, ultimately restores your ability to feel peace and authenticity.
For me, embracing solitude wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt and feelings of isolation, but solitude offered a healing space free from constant chaos. It allowed me to reconnect with myself, understand my worth, and set healthier boundaries. If you find yourself normalizing disrespect or inconsistency, take a courageous step back. Outgrowing certain people or situations is not failure, but a vital part of growth and self-love.
Remember, fear should not be about being alone but about staying attached to energies that disrupt your peace and growth. Never undervalue the power of your own company and the clarity solitude brings. Healing and peace come when you choose to let go of dysfunction and embrace the freedom of healthy boundaries.
