For us busy women, especially my fellow black girls juggling so much, finding moments of genuine calm is essential, not a luxury. I used to struggle with that lingering 'high energy' from a busy day, making it hard to truly relax. Now, I create my calm. My main secret is Nello Supercalm, which brilliantly combines L-theanine and magnesium. L-theanine, an amino acid found in green tea, is renowned for promoting relaxation without causing drowsiness. It gently helps to quiet the mental chatter and racing thoughts that often keep us awake, making it easier to transition from an active day to a restful night. Magnesium, on the other hand, is a powerhouse mineral involved in hundreds of bodily functions, including critical roles in nerve and muscle relaxation, and regulating neurotransmitters that signal the body to calm down. Many of us are actually deficient in magnesium, and supplementing, especially in an enjoyable drink, can make a noticeable difference in reducing stress, easing muscle tension, and significantly improving sleep quality.
