Day 11: 75 Soft Challenge

-75oz Water 💧

Back to work so I down my bottle before coming to work and when I came back. It is so much easier coming back to a routine when I have work to go along with it. But honestly, it’s cause I don’t have to deal with a lot of appointments.

-7k Steps 🪜

At work we got a shipment, I had to walk around everywhere helping with pack out and with customers. Go retail. Where you grind your feet.

-Portion Control 🥙

Man, my sugar cravings are going hammm. I wasn’t necessarily full or whatever. I had a light lunch and dinner. I did come home and baked some good cookies. I honestly don’t regret it because it’s been ages since I bake.

-Skincare 💋

I’m doing my best to stay consistent and honey, it’s a struggle. Doing it as soon as as I wake up is helping but nights. Oh my goodness, they’re still a struggle. I have to figure out how to rememberrr.

-Read 30 mins 📖

I ended up listening to ‘Lights Out’ on audible throughout my work shift. I couldn’t sit down and read a physical book. But this will get by for now!
