gaining weight is hard. a lot harder than I thought it would be. but I’ve started to go back to the gym. daily. whether it’s a light rest day where I spend time in the stair master, or lifting heavy, I’m trying.

it’s not a ton of improvement, but it’s still there. I am for suuure feeling it 😮‍💨
