私が「レンジフード 掃除」で一番つまずいてたのが、“つけ置きする時間と場所がない問題”でした。なので、つけ置きなしで終わらせるために、作業を「準備→外す→洗う→戻す」の流れに固定したら、毎回ラクになりました。 ■準備（ここで時短が決まる） ・シンクにタオルを敷く：部品が当たって傷つくのを防げます。 ・ゴム手袋＋トング（またはペンチ）：熱湯を使うので、素手は避けました。 ・歯ブラシ／ハケ：細かい羽の間やフィルターの目に必須です。 ■洗剤はどう選ぶ？（キッチン換気扇掃除 洗剤） 軽〜中程度の油なら、食器用の中性洗剤でも想像以上に落ちました。私は食器用洗剤を目安50mlくらい入れて、熱湯の温度で油をゆるめるイメージ。最後にセスキ（セスキ炭酸ソーダ）を使うと、触ったときのヌメり戻りが減った感覚がありました。 ※塩素系洗剤と混ぜないのは絶対。これは本当に危険なので、家にある洗剤を一度確認しました。 ■「プロペラの奥 掃除」っぽい汚れに当たったら 羽の隙間や奥のベタつきは、いきなりゴシゴシより「熱→洗剤→軽くこする」の順が効きました。無理にファンを回さない（軸が曲がることがある）点も、やりがちな失敗なので注意しています。 ■賃貸・壁付けレンジフードで気をつけたこと 賃貸だと特に、部品の落下と塗装はがれが怖いです。アルミ製ファンは長時間のつけ置きで塗装がやられることがあるので、“短時間で終える”のが安全寄り。壁付けレンジフードでも、外した部品を置く場所を先に作っておくと焦りません。 ■業者に頼む目安（換気扇 掃除 業者） 自分でやってみて、奥の固着・異音・ベタベタが何度拭いても戻る場合は、無理せず業者も選択肢にしました。普段は10分掃除で回して、年1回だけプロに…みたいな使い分けもアリだと思います。 ■最後の戻し作業で差が出る 洗った後は“完全に乾かす”のが大事でした。湿ったまま戻すと、次の汚れが張り付きやすい気がします。電源プラグを抜いてから始めて、戻す前に乾燥チェックまでやると安心です。 お手入れランプが点灯したタイミングを「掃除チャンス」にすると、ガチガチになる前に終わって気持ちもラクでした。五徳も同じ要領でいけたので、ついで掃除おすすめです。
