🔥 Burger Bowl Recipe 🍔

Meal Prepping has been so much fun lately , this by far is one of my favorites meals I’ve made!

Bunless burger or Burger Bowl whatever you wanna call it. You can make it with anything you want but this is how I created my version :

*Ingredients:

- Baked diced potatoes 🥔

- seasoned ground beef & sautéed onions & peppers 🫑🧅

- shredded lettuce 🥬

- shredded cheese 🧀

- diced red onion 🧅

- French fried onion straws 🧅

- Burger Sauce 🥫

*Instructions:

- clean & dice your potatoes, soak in cold water, oil & season them and toss in oven on 400 degrees for 25-30min

- brown your ground beef w/ your onions & peppers, season well

- dice your red onion & get things prepared to make your plate

Now it’s time to dress your bowl/plate & enjoy 🍔😁
