Hydration is just as important. I’ve noticed that setting a timer or using a water bottle with measurements helps me drink enough water throughout the day without interrupting my flow. Taking short breaks every hour to stretch and sip some water refreshes both mind and body, improving focus and productivity. Lastly, listening to your body matters. If you feel tired or dizzy, pause your crafting and have a proper meal or rest. Caring for your health while enjoying your hobbies leads to a more enjoyable and sustained crafting experience.
