Breakfast: instant oatmeal, chopped dates to mix in, and coffee and Bloom supergreens to drink (not pictured)

Lunch: leftovers and an Olipop! I made gluten free and dairy free chicken and gnocchi soup the other night. It’s just as good heated up as it is fresh.

Snacks: boiled eggs and a gluten free double chocolate muffin (the muffin ended up being too much for me and I didn’t finish because I was still full)
