Here are the steps that will be much easier once you learn 👇
① Register the range you want to delete
Hold down the Ctrl key and select the range you want to delete at once
↓
Put your favorite name in the name box at the top left of the screen and press Enter
② Select and delete in an instant
Just select the registered name from the name box from the next
↓
Registered selection range is selected in an instant
↓
If you press the Delete key in that state, the contents disappear at once!
