This is my daily iced latte I make at home every morning.
⬇️
• 2 shots organic espresso (I use lifeboost from Amazon) ☕️
• 1 scoop organic collagen (mix with espresso) 🤍
• 6 ounces organic almond milk (I use Three Trees, Malk, Emburst, or Califia Organics) I also LOVE organic grassfed raw milk. The taste is superior!! So creamy. 🥛
• 25g of organic raw honey. (Can do more or less to your desired taste) 🍯🐝
• I top it off with 3 ounces organic cold brew (love Chameleon cold brew, wandering bear or Grady’s) this is optional. 🤎
• Top with ice 🧊
👉🏻 I almost always use organic coffee due to mycotoxins (mold). As coffee is commonly contaminated with mold.
👉🏻 Most plant based milks have terrible ingredients. I opt for organic, and as least ingredients as possible. The 4 brands I listed are great.
👉🏻 Sometimes instead of collagen, I do a bone broth protein from Ancient Nutrition.
👉🏻 Optional ADD ins: pearl powder (for calcium boost & contains other trace minerals)
Can also add colostrum to support immune system & gut health.

Using organic espresso not only enhances flavor but also reduces exposure to mycotoxins commonly found in conventional coffee. This recipe calls for two shots of organic espresso, which can be made easily with a home espresso machine.
Choosing the right milk is essential for a rich-tasting iced latte. Organic almond milk provides a creamy base, but alternatives like organic grassfed raw milk can add extra creaminess and flavor. Each brand of plant-based milk has its own unique taste and ingredient list. It's crucial to select options with minimal ingredients to ensure a healthy choice.
Incorporating organic collagen not only thickens the coffee but also adds nutritional benefits for skin and joints. Alternatively, bone broth protein can offer the same benefits, appealing to those on a paleo or keto diet. Sweetening the drink with organic raw honey can enhance flavor without processed sugars, allowing you to customize the sweetness to your liking.
Optional add-ins such as pearl powder or colostrum can further boost the nutritional profile, offering calcium and immune support properties.
This homemade iced latte recipe highlights the importance of using high-quality ingredients while allowing for personalization, so each cup can be tailored to your taste and health goals. Enjoy this delicious café-style beverage right at home!
