Here's an easy to make menu using home cody kitchen items.

The items used this time are bamboo steamer 21cm, stainless steel steamer 22cm, diamond coated frying pan depth 24cm.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Thin pork belly 【 200g 】

Komatsuna [1 / 2 bunch]

Paprika (red) [1]

2 eggs

Rice [400g]

oyster sauce 【 tablespoon 2 】

Soy sauce 【 tablespoon 1 】

Sake [2 teaspoons]

Sugar [2 teaspoons]

Grated garlic (1 tsp)

Five-spice powder (optional)

Ponzu soy sauce 【 tablespoon 1 】

Sesame oil 【 tablespoon 1 】

Ground sesame (white) [2 tsp]

Recipes

① Put water about 5 cm deep in a frying pan, cover and heat over medium heat.

② Cut thinly sliced pork belly into 2cm width with kitchen scissors and put it in a freezer bag. Add [A] and knead from the top of the bag.

③ Spread the oven sheet on the bamboo steamer, spread the rice on one side and put it in. Spread ② on it.

④ Crack the egg into a heat-resistant cocotte and place it in the empty space of ③.

⑤ Place komatsuna cut into 5cm lengths with kitchen scissors and shredded paprika on an oven sheet cut into small pieces, wrap it like candy and stuff it in an empty space.

⑥ Cover the lid of the bamboo steamer, put a steaming plate and a bamboo steamer on the frying pan of ①, and steam on medium heat for about 7 minutes.

⑦ While steaming, mix [B] and pour over steamed vegetables.

When making one serving, please reduce the amount by half.
