Is our child normal? Check the alarm to the developmental doctor.

"Are our children normal?" I believe that this question hovers in the heads of all parents, especially during the first year of very fast development.

Many times, we often hear the phrase "grow up, do it yourself" or "each child does not develop equally," which is partly true. But as a parent, knowing the 'warning sign' that you may need special help is the most important because early detection and correct development stimulation is the golden opportunity to help you grow up. Today, let's check out what kind of sign you have to consult a doctor.

This is the Red Flags list, divided by age range and aspects that mothers can use as content or observation for their baby.

Red Flags

On communication and society:

Not making eye contact or making eye contact for a moment and hiding.

Ignore children of the same age or know how to play with others.

Talk slower than the threshold, or you can talk and suddenly stop talking.

Behavior of doing the same things, difficult to change

Physical and motor aspects:

The muscles look too soft or unusually stiff.

The two body movements are not equal.

Walk on tiptoe all the time or fall more often than usual at the age of fluency.

Aspects of learning and behavior:

Very hyperactive. Can't focus on anything for more than 1-2 minutes.

There are strong emotions that are difficult to control and cannot be distracted.

Advice for Mom

If you find these signs, "Don't wait for the next shot" can take you to a pediatrician for development immediately. Early Intervention in the first 0-6 years is the time when the child's brain learns best.

Approaching a child developmental doctor does not always mean that our child has a problem, but that it can be seen as an increase in the ability to overcome small obstacles faster. The sooner we find them, the more time we have to help them.

If you try to check the schedule and feel unsure, don't panic or worry too much. Please try to record a video of your child's behavior or write down what we are wondering and talk to the pediatrician on the next medical appointment or special examination appointment. Your instincts are always the most accurate. If your mind says that something has stumbled, consulting an expert is the best answer to the young man's future.

"Have you ever experienced slow speech or consulted a doctor about development? Can you share it with other mothers in the comments?"
