Coffee:
Dolce pod @Nespresso
2 tsp brown sugar + dash cinnamon
Horchata:
•Toast 1 cup of long grain rice over pan
•Once rice is golden brown, add 2 cups of water + 3 cinnamon sticks
•Let it simmer for 10 minutes then remove from heat
•Once cool down, throw it into a blender and add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract + 1/2 can of sweet condensed milk (or full can if you like it sweeter)
•Once blended, use a cheese cloth to strain for a smooth finish
•Combined it with your favorite milk, I’m using oatmilk
