At home Ginger shot
Ingredients:
* 2–3 inches fresh ginger root
* 1 lemon (juiced)
* 1–2 tbsp honey (optional but helps with the burn)
* ¼–½ cup water
* Optional: pinch of cayenne (for extra kick)
Steps:
1. Peel and chop the ginger.
2. Blend with water until smooth.
3. Strain through a fine strainer or cheesecloth.
4. Add fresh lemon juice and honey.
5. Stir well and pour into small bottles.
