• Ask yourself: What do I need more of right now? What can I let go of?

2. Prioritize What Matters

• Identify your top wellness goals (e.g., better sleep, more energy, less stress).

• Focus on one or two areas rather than trying to fix everything at once.

3. Build a Supportive Routine

• Start small with habits that align with your goals, like morning stretches or meal prepping.

• Be consistent and celebrate small wins to create momentum.

4. Nourish, Don’t Deplete

• Choose practices that add to your well-being rather than drain you.

• For example, swap an intense workout for a restorative yoga session if you’re feeling tired.

5. Seek Guidance When Needed

• Work with a coach, join a supportive community, or explore tailored resources to stay on track.
