"I am going to make it impossible for you to succeed by causing you so much stress that you end up in survival mode, barely able to keep your head above water, constantly drained, and only capable of doing the bare minimum just to get by. I will strategically create chaos in your life, manipulate situations to overwhelm you, and ensure that every step forward feels like pushing a boulder uphill. Every decision will feel heavier, every responsibility more crushing, and even your smallest accomplishments will be overshadowed by the pressure I deliberately place on you. You will feel like you are constantly running on empty, never allowed a moment of peace, your mental and emotional energy siphoned until you are barely recognizable to yourself.

Then, once you are pushed to your limits and cannot reach the goals you set for yourself, I am going to berate you relentlessly. I will make you feel small for failing, for not achieving, for not being enough—ignoring the fact that it was my manipulation and control that set you up to struggle in the first place. I will frame your exhaustion and overwhelm as evidence of your inadequacy, convincing you that the fault lies entirely within you, that your dreams were unrealistic, that your efforts were insufficient. Every frustration, every setback, every moment of self-doubt I provoke will be weaponized against you, and I will do it with a calm precision that leaves you questioning your own reality.

This is the cycle of the narcissist: create the impossible, then blame you for not conquering it. Create chaos, then chastise you for being broken. And through it all, I will maintain the illusion that I am in control, while you are trapped in the narrative I have spun, doubting your worth, doubting your strength, doubting yourself at every turn."
