Be grateful for all the simple things in life, especially love !

"Love is a life force and a current of energy that runs and flows through us."

It's often something we can feel when inspired by another person. Perhaps, it's nature or animals, or something you're creating that you feel in flow and in harmony with.

Usually, we experience a feeling of love in our body, which is often focused around the torso area. The heart chakra grows stronger and more magnetic in what it draws toward it.

So, love becomes a magnifying, amplifying energy. That's why, when we speak about falling in love with another person, be that a romance, a friend, or a family member that you just adore, there is that feeling of flow and openness between you."
