What we got at the food pantry!
Don’t be afraid to use the resources at your disposal. If no one gets this food, it rots. The food pantries are made to help you. Yes at first it can be hard, embarrassing, we feel shame for needing help. Shame for taking when someone else must need it more.
But if you need it. It’s ok to need. It’s ok to ask for help. & It’s ok to use resources.
