This is not a machine, it is the will to destroy given form and flight. You know the arrival has come when the silence ends. And then everything beneath forgets it ever stood.

Throttle (Left Console): Make sure it’s fully back in OFF detent (has a lift gate).

• JFS Switch (RC): Three-position rocker labeled OFF / START 1 / START 2

• Use START 2: press the switch forward and hold until latched.

• RPM Monitor (IP, right analog dial): Watch for 20–25%.

• Throttle to IDLE (LC): Lift over detent gate and move slightly forward.

• Engine should spool to ~60–70% RPM.

• FTIT Gauge (IP): Left analog gauge. Ensure temps don’t spike over ~800°C during start.
