¾ cup brown sugar

¼ tsp balsamic vinegar

1½ tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp cardamom

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup unsalted melted butter

Optional wild card: Add a splash of bourbon or ½ tsp orange zest to the filling

Snickerdoodle Crust:

1½ cups (235g) all-purpose flour

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp cream of tartar

½ tsp salt

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup crushed graham crackers

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
