จากประสบการณ์ตรง ผมพบว่าในยุคที่เทคโนโลยีและการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสังคมมาถึงอย่างรวดเร็ว ทักษะเหล่านี้ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงแค่ความรู้พื้นฐาน แต่เป็นเกราะป้องกันที่จะช่วยให้เราก้าวผ่านอุปสรรคหรือวิกฤตได้อย่างมั่นคง โดยเฉพาะทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์ (Creative Thinking) ที่ผมได้ฝึกฝนกับการแก้ปัญหาในงานประจำ พบว่าสิ่งนี้ช่วยเปิดโอกาสให้เห็นทางเลือกใหม่ๆ ที่ดีกว่าเดิม และยังช่วยลดความซ้ำซากจำเจได้มาก อีกทั้งความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Analytical Thinking) ทำให้ผมสามารถตัดสินใจได้อย่างมีเหตุผล ไม่ใช่ปล่อยให้ความรู้สึกและอารมณ์เป็นตัวกำหนด ในส่วนของ Digital Literacy การมีความเข้าใจและใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัลให้คล่องแคล่วเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่ง ผมได้ลองใช้ AI และ Big Data ในการจัดการงาน ทำให้ทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพขึ้น ลดเวลาและต้นทุนอย่างชัดเจน ส่วนทักษะเรื่องการเรียนรู้อย่างต่อเนื่อง (Curiosity & Lifelong Learning) และความยืดหยุ่น (Resilience & Agility) ผมพบว่าหากขาดสองสิ่งนี้ เราจะตามโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็วไม่ทัน ขณะที่การบริหารคน (Talent Management) ก็สำคัญไม่แพ้กัน เพราะการมีทีมที่แข็งแกร่งช่วยผลักดันให้งานเดินหน้าได้อย่างราบรื่น สุดท้าย การโฟกัสที่ลูกค้า (Service Orientation) และการรู้จักตัวเอง (Motivation & Self-Awareness) ผมเชื่อว่าเป็นกุญแจสำคัญที่จะสร้างความสำเร็จทางธุรกิจและชีวิตส่วนตัว รวมถึงการปรับตัวได้อย่างเหมาะสมในทุกสถานการณ์ สรุปแล้ว ไม่จำเป็นต้องเก่งทุกอย่าง แต่การมีจิตใจที่พร้อมเรียนรู้และปรับตัวเร็ว พร้อมใช้เทคโนโลยีให้เป็น ก็จะทำให้คุณได้เปรียบในโลกของปี 2027 อย่างแน่นอน
