Sharing something a little vulnerable today
Okay, ladies, let's get real. This is probably my most transparent post yet. We're talking about aging.
That shift when "great skin" becomes a cherished memory and spotting a gray hair no longer feels like a fluke. Suddenly, the things we brushed off in our carefree youth - our body's recovery time, nourishing ourselves properly - take center stage.
Remember when 30 felt ancient?! Well, I'm staring down 40 in a few months, and it's a wild mix. In so many ways, I feel incredible, but honestly, some things are hitting differently. It's a fascinating blend of feeling more grounded and amazing in many ways, but also noticing those little shifts. It's the beautiful reality of embracing experience and knowledge while acknowledging the passing of time.
My 30s blew my 20s out of the water, and this next decade feels like a bittersweet hello. It's the beautiful dance of gaining wisdom while saying goodbye to a certain kind of youth. Aging is a privilege, absolutely,
but it's also about letting go.
So here I am, 39 so proud of my little wrinkles and
uneven skin tone. Wouldn’t change a thing!
