Gym Routine

Hey yall!!! I am currently on a weight loss journey and I just wanted to post my gym routine on cardio days. lol Stair master: 20 minutes at level 8 Treadmill: 5 min at pace 5.5 and 5 min walk at 3. Alternate for 35 minutes In total I burned 414 calories for a total of 55 minutes!!!!
