Get outside Challenge

If we don’t force ourselves out of our comfort sometimes, there is no room for growth.

Staying huddled up inside all day, every day, all winter long is bogging me down mentally. Getting more fresh air is finally bringing back some mental clarity.

So I’m challenging myself to spend at least 10 minutes outside everyday, despite the weather.

I recently visited the sierra nevadas in California & ran into all of these beautiful herbs during my stay. I’d never seen St. John’s Wort growing in the wild before so I was pretty psyched about that one (although I found out it’s technically invasive so it lowkey shouldn’t have been growing
