I have been struggling through this journey like crazy. At the beginning I wasn’t focused on the right things. Over time all efforts put in worthless because I didn’t take it seriously.
Now…I have been putting in conscious efforts and being more intentional with my workouts and the way that I eat. I have pushed for making it a lifestyle instead of “temporary fix”.
Don’t be afraid of starting. We all have to start somewhere. And don’t focus too much on all of the different powders and things a lot of more advanced and experienced gym goers use. Stick to what’s worked since the beginning of time: proper diet and exercise! Then if you want to add in pre-workouts etc…then do that! Without a firm and strong foundation you will struggle! Everyone’s journey is different but we all can cross the finish line, so let’s help each other cross it!
