If analyzed through the Bureaucratic Organization, this proposal reflects 3 main points of principle:
🔹 Reduce organizational redundancy: Having a separate consulting organization, a "redundant state" condition may occur; transferring task moderation missions to a government framework (such as the Cabinet Secretariat) will help to make the administration of the land more unified and streamlined.
🔹 Accountability: "The King can do no wrong" principle can be complete when "every official act has a signatory" to be accountable to the Council. The absence of a Privy Council will reduce the gap of individuals who are politically active but not accountable to the people.
🔹 Transparency and modernization: Keeping agencies associated with the Institute under budget review by Parliament (as well as by Japan) will contribute to transparency, and have a positive impact on the stability of the Institute in the long run.
The proposal of abolishing the Privy Council. In the public administration, therefore, is not a diminution of honour, but "the most effective and responsible organization of the state structure."
Japan's model proved that a country with a strong traditional culture can reform its bureaucracy with modern democracy, reducing its organization to a government responsible for its people, a universally reasonable approach.
So Mr. Pi Son of Light Gul's proposed abolition of the Privy Council agreed.
