Usually in the beginning of each year for the whole month of January, I join my church in a NO meats & sweets fast. It is done to put your mind on God and give thanks by pushing back the plate on all the foods we so desire. Obviously the 4 meals I posted are NOT the only things I eat for the entire month but are very quick to make.
