BUT the food I’ve figured out how to make is making me wanna binge eat and that gluttonyyy 😩😩 so now I gotta pray for that! Jesus!!

But anyway yall this is what I been eating on my fast pretty simple but good!

1. Butternut Squash w/griller crumbles and organic marinara sauce

2. Brunch roasted potatoes and carrots w/morning start patty

3. “Nachos” veggie crumbles (as the meat) black beans corn and red bell peppers w/corn tortilla chips

4. Black bean and corn tacos (super good)

5. Cucumber w/zesty Italian dressing (sugar free) curved my cravings btw

6. Omg yallll!! I found this bag at H.E.B. Babbbyyyyyy 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 they messed up! No i messed up getting this. It’s heaven in a bag!!

7. These veggie Harvest Snaps are snappin! Fell in love with this too andddd it’s only $1.25!!!

I also eat baby carrots, of course fruit and drinking lotsss of water! That first week was a struggle for me honestly because I really didn’t know what to eat and I didn’t really know what blended well with what without any meat you know what I mean?? But I got passed it once I started throwing stuff together and praying and really disciplining myself for this fast it’s been a breeze ever since. God been ALL IN MY FOOD you hear me?! lol

Try prepping veggie sticks like bell peppers, carrots, celery, and even jicama with a homemade compliant hummus (made without oil or with an approved oil like olive oil in moderation, checking ingredients carefully). Roasted chickpeas seasoned with spices are another satisfying crunch. And don't forget unsalted nuts and seeds in moderation – they’re great for protein and healthy fats.
