... Read moreLately, I've been closely observing the increasing evidence about what many call atmospheric poisoning through stratospheric aerosol spraying. From personal experience and research, it’s alarming how these white trails left behind planes—often dismissed as harmless contrails—actually contain microscopic particles of aluminum, barium, and strontium. These particles don’t just vanish; they settle onto our soil and water, entering the food chain and making their way into our bodies. Independent lab tests on rainwater samples from various locations have revealed alarmingly high levels of aluminum, far exceeding natural background numbers. This fine dust is so small that it can pass through the lungs, reach the bloodstream, and potentially contribute to neurological and respiratory illnesses. Living in an urban area, I've noticed more frequent respiratory issues among family and friends, and it’s terrifying to consider how much airborne pollution plays a part. While governments have referred to these activities as ‘‘solar radiation management’’—a method to cool the earth—the hidden costs on human health and the environment demand urgent attention. I believe raising awareness is the first step. For those who, like me, want to make a difference, looking up at the sky and questioning what those trails really mean can be eye-opening. We need more transparent research and a push for cleaner, safer alternatives to manage climate issues without compromising our health. If you’re concerned about ecology and air pollution, consider supporting initiatives that monitor atmospheric contents and promote sustainable environmental policies. Together, informed citizens can help stop atmospheric poisoning and protect the planet for future generations.

💭 What are you overthinking right now? It is often helpful to write out all of the thoughts swirling and spiraling in our minds because once they’re on paper, they don’t feel as chaotic and overwhelming. We can clearly see them laid out on the page rather than jumbled up in our minds, which helps
