Watercolor Apples 🍎🍎
Getting ready for fall by painting some apples!
For this painting I used:
🍋 Watercolor Paper
🍋 Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils
🍋 Watercolor Paints
🍋 Faber-Castell Colored Pencils
After putting a quick sketch down, I created a base color with the watercolor then let them dry. To get the texture I wanted, I colored on top of the paint with the watercolor pencils and regular colored pencils.
(I messed up the perspective of the apples, but it’s fine just don’t tell anyone.)
Then I started to paint in the background blue, but decided I HATED it, so I pivoted and outlined the whole thing with the same blue and cut off the junk I didn’t like.
