1. Brush on Avocado oil onto the salmon and then only add the seasonings so the oil acts as a binding to the seasonings.

Same seasonings and oil for my small red potatoes recipe and vegetables. Cut the potatoes in half and put vegetables on baked pan and bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 25 minutes and enjoy 😉
