What I eat in a day Minimally restrictive

As someone who works out 5 times a week a diet is very important. I try and eat clean but it doesn’t always happen. I don’t count calories but I do always make sure what I eat has protein. I almost always have some sort of sweet treat, that could be anything from a handful of granola, or cupcake, or a pumpkin loaf. All of these are everywhere I eat regularly the curry and Tom yom are both from when I eat out.
