75 Day Hard - Day 1 🍋

My version of the 75 hard challenge + the rules i’m following:

1. No eating out ❌ I don’t want a super restrictive diet, but I do want to save money and try to eat healthier!

2. 10k + steps a day 🚶‍♀️

3. Another workout on top of the 10k steps (two days a week will be active recovery like yoga, stretching, more walking, etc.) 🧘‍♀️

4. Drink 3 of my 40 oz water bottles per day 💦 (finish one before caffeine)

5. Read a chapter of ANY book + journal about mindset & emotions ✍️

6. No alcohol 🍷

7. Document progress on social media 📲

Sharing my journey through photos, workouts, and reflections on my emotional growth will create a supportive community. Reading a chapter daily and journaling about my mindset are integral to my version of the challenge since they reinforce the mental aspect of self-improvement. This approach also includes maintaining a balanced diet without resorting to extreme restrictions; my no-eating-out rule will enable me to prepare meals at home, allowing for healthier choices while keeping my budget in check.
