Pasta penne alla vodka 🍝

Recipe :

.1 chopped onion

.1 chopped garlic clove

•1 small can of tomato paste

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar with 1 teaspoon sugar

(I use apple cider vinegar, but it's optional; you can use the same amount vodka, trust me, it tastes the same, there's no difference.

.2 cups double cream .2 tablespoons butter

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese .2 1/2 cups pasta penne cooked

Instructions:

In a pan over medium heat, add the oil, then add the onion and garlic. Sauté for two minutes, then add the tomato paste and vinegar (optional).

Saute for one minute, then add the cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Stir everything together, then add the cooked pasta. Stir again and serve with grated Parmesan. Enjoy!
