Crispy beef tacos 🌮

Recipe :

Ingredients:

- (500g)1 lb ground beef

- 1 medium onion diced

- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 tbsp tomato paste

- 1/2 cup beef stock

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- 2 tosp Taco Seasoning

Garlic cilantro sauce :

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 sour cream

- 1 1/2 cups cilantro

- 4 garlic cloves

- Pinch of black pepper

- 1 tsp salt

- Juice of 1 lime

To prepare the sauce, add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until you get a smooth cilantro and garlic sauce.

For Assembly:

- 8 flour tortillas

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella

- Extra virgin olive oil for frying

- Garlic lime sauce
