INGREDIENTS:

For the meat:

1 lb ground beef

3 tbsp your favorite taco seasoning

1/2 small white onion, chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

For the tacos:

8 corn tortillas (6 inch)

2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded

Olive oil, for greasing tortillas

For the avocado crema:

1 large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

1/2 cup sour cream

Juice of 1 lime

1 garlic clove

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup fresh cilantro
