This korean restaurant makes tofu from scratch !

Most Korean restaurants buy their tofu.

This one makes it fresh in-house. 👀

We ordered their beef & pork tofu stews, bulgogi hot stone bibimbap, potato pancake, and hairtail fish — enough for 3–4 people and surprisingly affordable.

📍Wonderful Bapsang, Suntec

💰 Only about $20–30/pax

Authentic Korean food without the crazy prices.

... Read moreIf you love Korean cuisine and appreciate the craft behind authentic dishes, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. What sets Wonderful Bapsang apart is their dedication to making tofu from scratch, which brings a freshness and texture that store-bought tofu just can't match. When I tried their beef and pork tofu stews, the depth of flavor was immediately noticeable—the tofu absorbed the rich, spicy broth perfectly, adding a melt-in-your-mouth softness to each bite. Their bulgogi hot stone bibimbap also impressed me with its sizzling presentation and harmonious flavor blend, making each mouthful a delight. Another highlight was the unique potato pancake, which had a crispy exterior and a tender inside, offering a great contrast to the heavier stews. The hairtail fish was fresh and well-seasoned, providing a nice seafood option among the meat dishes. Given that all this comes at an affordable price point of $20–30 per person, it’s a gem for those craving genuine Korean flavors without overspending. The setting at Wonderful Bapsang in Suntec adds to the experience with a pleasant ambiance and good views, making it perfect for casual meals with friends or family. If you’ve been chasing that authentic taste of Korean homemade tofu and soulful stews, this place is a reliable choice in Singapore. Plus, seeing the tofu made fresh in-house gives a sense of trust and authenticity that enhances the dining experience.
