• ½ cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 large egg (room temp if possible)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ cup quick-cooking oats (not old-fashioned)
• 1 cup butterscotch chips (about 6 oz)
Peanut Butter Glaze
• ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 4 Tbsp milk (add slowly)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 9×13 pan and set aside.

• softened butter
• white sugar
• brown sugar
• ½ cup peanut butter
Mix until fluffy and smooth.
3️⃣ Beat in egg + vanilla.
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together:
• flour
• baking soda
• salt
Stir oats into the dry ingredients.
5️⃣ Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.

7️⃣ Sprinkle butterscotch chips over the top.

• powdered sugar
• milk
• remaining ¼ cup peanut butter
Add milk gradually until smooth and spreadable.
