Eating sufficient protein alongside balanced macros supports muscle repair and growth. Hydration and adequate rest are equally vital. By sharing what I've learned on my fitness journey, especially emphasizing structured back workouts and mindful recovery, others can achieve notable body transformations and sustain long-term health improvements.
