@Fays Diner & Cafe in Scripps Ranch brings a new take on classic diners. The owner Josh actually named it after his mom, Fay, as a nod to the comfort food he grew up but now they’re putting their own spin on the classics 🍨 You’ll find diner staples like fluffy buttermilk pancakes, crispy hash browns, and Thrifty’s milkshakes to new menu favorites like the Chicken Al Vodka sandwich or the Berry Cheesecake Crepe 🫐

They also source everything locally and are always experimenting with the menu, so there’s always something new to try every time you come back 😋
