@SmashandStack started as a humble food truck and is now flipping next-level smashburgers at their new location in Pacific Beach. Known for their juicy double cheeseburgers, cheesy grilled cheese with a crispy crust, and perfectly seasoned space fries, this place proves that simple ingredients done right are unbeatable. At the heart of it all is Chef Joel Bautista, a Michelin-trained chef bringing delicious flavor and fun to every bite. I love the theme, the food, and the energy of the team here. It really is all about just a great burger (literally their logo).
