Cannoli Cake

I made a cannoli cake this weekend and it turned out amazing! I used a box mix (I confess) for the actual cake because I've never had any homemade cake (made by me at least) that tasted better than a box mix. But the icing was just:

- 15oz ricotta (strained for 4hrs)

- 15oz mascarpone

- 4 cups powdered sugar

- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp salt

And then I dusted each layer with chocolate chips. It was so easy!
