New project for postpartum moms!

Hey mamas! 👋

I’m SUPER excited about a brand new project I’m rolling out for postpartum women who feel stuck between being “cleared for exercise” and actually feeling strong again.

BUT, I’m looking for ONLY a handful of women who meet the following criteria:

✔ You are at least 6 weeks postpartum

✔ You’ve been cleared for exercise but still don’t feel like yourself physically

✔ You want to get into strength training but aren’t sure where to start

✔ You’ve experienced core weakness, abdominal separation, leaking, heaviness, or simply feel disconnected from your body

✔ You’re tired of piecing together random postpartum advice from Google, Instagram, and mom groups

✔ You want to rebuild strength while learning how to move and train with confidence

✔ You miss feeling strong, athletic, and capable in your body

If you fit at least 4 of these criteria, I’d love to hear from you.

Comment “ME” below and I’ll send you the details!

I remember when I was about 8 weeks postpartum, I was cleared for exercise but didn’t know where to start—my core felt weak, and I struggled with a disconnect in my body. It was confusing to sort through endless advice online without clear direction. What helped me most was finding a program that specifically addressed postpartum needs like core rehabilitation, managing abdominal separation (diastasis recti), and rebuilding strength safely. Incorporating strength training gradually not only improved my physical health but boosted my confidence and mood. For many moms, symptoms like leaking or heaviness are common signs of pelvic floor weakness after birth. It’s so important to work with exercises focused on reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor muscles to ease those symptoms. Starting with low-impact, controlled movements and progressing as your body feels stronger made all the difference for me. Another key aspect was community support. Connecting with other moms on a similar journey created motivation and accountability. Sharing experiences reminded me I wasn’t alone in feeling uncertain or frustrated. If you’re feeling stuck between being cleared for exercise and truly feeling strong again, consider joining a program designed by a trusted coach who understands postpartum bodies. Rebuilding your strength step-by-step can help you regain that strong, athletic feeling and reconnect with your body in a positive way. Remember, every mom’s journey is unique, so it’s okay to take it at your own pace and listen to your body’s signals along the way.
