Christian Girl Reset 2025
How my day went on January 1st, 2025!!
I’m so excited about my Prayer Board even though I’m not done yet!! This is my first time making one, but I’m working on an event for my sisters at church for mid-January.
What are you guys doing to reset?
Starting a new year always feels like a fresh page, doesn't it? For my 2025 Christian reset, I felt a strong pull to deepen my prayer life and cultivate more faithful grace. I wanted something tangible to help me focus, and that’s how my journey with a DIY prayer board began. I’m still working on it, but the process itself has been incredibly rewarding. It's not just a craft project; it's a visual representation of my conversations with God, my hopes, and my gratitude. I’ve structured mine with categories, similar to what you might find in many spiritual planners. I have sections for Spiritual Growth, which includes prayers for wisdom and discernment; Finances, where I pray for provision and stewardship; Family for my loved ones; Love for relationships; Career/Education for guidance in my work; Health for physical and mental well-being; Miscellaneous for anything unexpected; and my favorite, Answered Prayers. This system has transformed my prayer time from sometimes feeling scattered to being deeply intentional. Each category helps me remember to bring every aspect of my life before God. It’s amazing to see how quickly the Answered Prayers section starts filling up, reminding me of God’s faithfulness and reinforcing my strength and courage to keep praying. Beyond the board, my 2025 reset also heavily involves daily devotion. I’ve started using a devotional titled "Everyday BIBLE MEMORY DEVOTIONAL for Women 365 Days in God's Word." Paired with my prayer board, it's a powerful combination. Each day, I dive into a specific Bible memory verse, like Day 1's profound message from Joshua 1:9: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” These words are a constant source of encouragement, especially when I face challenges. For anyone looking to infuse more faithful grace into their daily life, I highly recommend starting a similar practice. Whether it’s a prayer board, a dedicated journal, or a consistent devotional, the key is consistency and intentionality. Find what resonates with you and commit to it. It’s not about perfection, but about showing up daily and nurturing that relationship. You'll be amazed at the spiritual growth you'll experience, and the inner strength and courage you'll discover when you lean into God's word and prayer regularly. This isn't just about New Year's resolutions; it's about building a foundation for a life lived with purpose and faith.
