Today… well today, I poured the water into the Keurig… well, into the pod spot, didn’t even notice as I’m pouring, until the water started overflowing from my cup… After cleaning that up, I start the cup.. hadn’t ever put a pod in it. I sit down to work, drop my glass bottle, it shatters everywhere… a provider calls from a facility that includes the name “Walden”, his name was Frando… I say “how can I assist you with this claim WALDO” I called him Waldo!! I put the beginning of the facility and ending of his name together, how/why did my brain do this?! Embarrassing, It gets better, he, he goes “where’s Waldo”… I thought he was making light of it and being humorous… he wasn’t he was genuinely asking if it was another facility or something 😂🙈.
