Workouts I enjoyed today (4.6.24)

Today I was able to complete 2 sessions of the mini stepper for 10 minutes each plus a wall pilates video from my favorite Pilates queen Renee Mowatt. She makes wall Pilates fun, effective, and 15 minutes feels like 5 minutes. Her voiceovers are hilarious and she is soooo motivating during your entire session.

But anyways…

The way she guides you through each movement ensures you're engaging the right muscles, and I always feel a deep burn and a sense of accomplishment afterward. It's amazing how much strength and flexibility you can build using just your body weight and a wall for support. Beyond her amazing Pilates, I've found that pairing her routines with other simple home cardio makes for a really well-rounded fitness day. For instance, I've been loving my Mini Stepper for a quick cardio boost. You know, those days when you want to get your heart rate up but don’t have much time? A 10-minute session on the Sunny Health Mini Stepper from Amazon before or after a Renee Mowatt Wall Pilates video is a fantastic combination. It gets your blood flowing, warms up your muscles, and then you can really dive into the precise movements of Pilates. The OCR even shows I've been tracking my stairclimber and mini stepper zones, proving how effectively these can be integrated into a daily routine. If you're wondering how to get started with Renee, just search for her Wall Pilates videos online. She has a fantastic presence, and you'll quickly find a variety of workouts catering to different levels and focus areas. My personal tip? Don't be afraid to try a few different videos to find your favorites. Some days I crave a full-body blast, other days I want to focus on core or glutes, and she has options for everything. The key is consistency, and since her workouts are so enjoyable, it's easier to stick with them. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my core strength and overall posture since incorporating her Pilates into my routine. It's truly a sustainable way to stay active and feel great, even when life gets hectic. Give Renee Mowatt a try – your body (and your mood!) will thank you!
